Rental Restrictions In Dubai

Rental restrictions in Dubai Mar 17, 2013
Hi there, i am looking to migrate over to Dubai later this year but am concerned about the rental procedures there. As i understand you pay a year in advance and for a 3 bed villa ( to suit a family of 4 ) i could be looking at £30-40k plus up front. I clearly don't have that sort of money. Is there any other way around this or loophole i can get through to avoid this and say pay monthly like everywhere else in the world?
Or am i wasting my time even thinking about accepting a position in Dubai?
Any advice would be greatly accepted.Thank you.

Yes there is a way, You don't need to pay everything in advance, What happens here is when you show your emirates ID, means a proof of your residency real estate agents accept cheques. Mostly 4 Cheques a year so you can pay in installments. Much affordable. And a three bed villa can be rented much cheaper than this.
