Hi everyone! Before one month, I applied online in Emirates Careers, then just yesterday, I saw that the status of my application is SHORTLISTED. Should I expect anything from them or should I rely on to this possibility to have the job?

It means that you passed the first screening. You are on the "short list" of applicants, after the obviously unqualified applicants have been weeded out.
I think you can expect an invitation to an interview, but it depends on the actual employer.

hey guys, just an update.. now i checked again the status of my application and now it's showing UNDER REVIEW. what does that mean? do i really have a chance?
