I would love to get back on a bike, but would be seriously worried about the constant lane changing. There are no rules, left, right, wherever there's a space.

All it takes is someone in a hummer to miss his blind spot and Bam!

Cool, nice car and a good job on the tint.

I'll be sure to check them out as I also want an aftermarket tint installed.

Thanks

Part Time Work

This may have been posted before, apologies.

My wife is looking for part-time work while our son is at school (basically up to 1-2pm)

Any ideas? All I can think of are the schools themselves.

Its horrible and very dangerous I usually slow down and make them change lanes. There seems to be no rules on overtaking or undertaking so they dont stay long, as soon as there's a space they're gone. I dont change lanes when they do this to me as I have usually been blinded by their flashing high b...

I would imagine the UK. When you start a career you are usually on a lowwer income whilst developing your skillsets. Its seems out here that most firms want both post grad + experience. Therefore with the cost of living etc I would say get at least a couple of post grad UK years under your belt and ...

The traffic wardens did this in the UK and made a mint. They also got slated for it and it stopped.

I just scanned through that sent by Bonk and it listed credit cards as 30-40% interest rate.

Forget it!

Is the hospital registration form the same as the insurance form? If so I would correct it, if they are seperate, you should be fine.

Dont lie on the insurance forms. If they are looked into Bonk is correct, they will not pay out for anything.

My wife went yesterday when (she thought) it would be quiet. Nightmare and apart from the aqaurium not worth going yet.

She also said they look like they are going to charge for parking. Is this because of its proximity to financial centre?

The reason the celebs are here is because they are invited to do so. Tax free haven and mostly fantastic weather, of course they are tempted. I think if any of us had their kind of money we would be doing the same thing. Its not in the interests of these public figures to be associated with prostitu...

I dont think you get a pension here. Instead you get some form of contract bonus. At least thats what I get. I cam from the UK a couple of weeks ago, but have been negotiating my deal for a while. Instead of a pension you get a 'contract bonus'. Like a balloon payment for you to invest as you see fi...

Its funny, but as i get older I see the attraction of Harleys et al more and more. I always said I would never have one. Now I say never say never.

I know the lane changing is manageable. But I'm just not sure I would get the same pleasure as I did back in the UK.

Gendobre! I would try anything you can to change your passport - can you delay your departure? Failing this, make sure you have every document attested at the UK Foreign Office, the Polish Embassy, then the UAE Embassy. Each attestation will cost you about £20-30 and i recommend you pay the addition...

Driving around this place makes me smile, what's with all the plastic seat covers on the brand new cars? What's the point of keeping the seats good for the next person if you have suffer torture of sitting on a Lilo all summer?

Construction O&M Manuals

Okay, so there's a trillion new towers being put up here right? Each one being developed by a large local construction company or JV. So I'm thinking what's the scope for an O&M manual here? Obviously each building has large amounts of plant which have maintenance schedules to keep. There must b...

Surely if you was to do a excessive speed of 140km/h for example for half the distance between camera 1 and 2, and then a slow 80km/h for the other half its not theoretically possible for it to catch you That would be my guess too. However if you're likely to do 140 in the first place, you wont wan...
