i was worked in a company in dubai, I resigned from that firm before completing 2 years. I give the resignation and notice period, after that, while i am waiting for the cancellation i get to know that they put an absconding case in labour, now the absconding case is moved, the labour officer told me to go to the emigration to get my passport with cancellation. after that i went to emigration in jafiliya. but they told me my passport is not there. they told me to come back with passport. and i contacted the sponsor, they told me they submit the passport in labour, and they will transfer it to emigration. after that i consult with some legal advisors they told me that, there is no option to keep the passport in labour. anyone knows what is the procedure after moving the absconding case? Please help me to get out of this.
