Hi there,
I just want to get your opinion about short term rental - is difficult to find people willing to rent apartment for short period ? Any clue ?

What do you class as short term? You can find all sorts on Dubizzle, owners and companies willing to rent from a week upwards.

I have been known to rent my place and have not been let down until very recently when the mortgage advisor who works for Smith and Ken won't pay his rent. It's put me off renting on a short term basis.

That's quite difficult when you are 4000 miles away.

You can find in your neighbours just put a small search on dubizzle, btw how short is your short period, depending on that you might find more cheap than normal
