so iam looking to rent a villa in jumeirah
and after my last renting experience i would really like to avoid the real estate agent crowd....
so anybody ha an idea of how to deal with the landlords or get in touch?

It's difficult as many LL's don't want to be directly contacted, hence the use of agents.

You can get if you go the Dubai Land Department in Deira.

Again, you might pee off someone by contacting them directly. Many have people they've given power of attorney to.

so could anybody explain to me why the ll rather haver their villas and app empty? than get in direct contact with a tennant?

I guess the whole point of them employing an agent is so they don't have to deal with the hassle. Just the way it goes.

Best option get some good real estate agency...not all agents are the same, to get LL details is difficult and you will spend more time on research..

I think choosing a good real estate agent might be quite helpful rather than dealing yourself alone

The thing is that not every Land Lord here rely on the earning from the rent from his villas or apartments. They have their other earning resources. So if their villa stays empty for a while it doesnt bother them too much.
