Are there any ‘Gamers’ out there that may be able to help? I have bought a Microsoft XBOX 360 for the kids. We bought a Gold subscription scratch card (it is a bone fide card coz have checked with XBOX support line).
The problem is that redeem code is not recognised and is rejected when I plug it into the ‘Redeem’ screen. It appears that I need to register on line in the correct country. However, UAE is not in the drop down menu.
Has anyone any experience of this problem out there? Has anyone managed to successfully used a scratch upgrade card?
