I don't think I've ever seen an American restaurant outside the USA. I don't mean KFC, Burger King or Dunkin Donuts but just an American restaurant. Anyone know of any? Regional is okay too eg Southern, Southwestern, BBQ, Cajun or Creole

What we consider American here is TonyRoma's, Chilli's, TGIF, etc. Is that similar to what you are looking for?

Oh God, NOooooooooo!!!!!! I mean a real free-standing American restaurant not some chain. It's such a pity the world isn't exposed to good old-fashioned American cuisine. If any of you come to America or if we meet traveling the world, I'll cook for you. I love making Sweet Potato Souffle topped with marshmallows or sugared pecans. Thanksgiving is coming up. Can't wait
Tentative Menu
Stuffed bird (bread stuffing with sage, rosemary, thyme, celery, carrots, onions, gizzards, hearts)
Cranberry Sauce (made with cranberries not a can)
Mashed potatoes
Corn on the cob
Sweet Potato Souffle
Deviled Eggs
An apple pie or mincemeat pie for dessert. I've done Sweet Potato Pie which I love but I'll already have the sweet potato souffle. My souffle tastes better than the pie version so yeah. That's what I'll do.
