Dear All,
Me and my friend are new to Dubai, I moved here in december 2008 (means I am only 4 months old in dubai). After getting Driving License in Last month, we decided to buy a cars. I was thinking of BMW and my friend for Toyota.
But some how he agreed with me and we purchased 2 BMWs, not new but not local used these are Japnese used 1995 Models.
Mine is 325i and the other is 320i.
But we faced a problem of some water leackage in 320i and I searched in these forums and got a name Jano Motors in Al-Qusais. We went there and got our problem fixed. Problem was leackage of water from heating system(heater for cabin), he fixed it by bypassing the heating system.
He charged us AED 280 ( 250 min labour charge + 30 for a pipe)
I want to know is this a reasonable charge? or if there are some other workshops who are cheap, then plz let me know. And how much are the reasonable charges for different cars in Dubai.
