We currently recruiting a Workshop Manager to be located in Dubai, UAE.
The successful candidate should be an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a broad knowledge of Valves for Energy and Petrochemical application with EHS certification, ability to conduct safety audits and the ability to plan and organise service and maintenance tasks.
You will report directly to the Operations Leader and will have responsibility of leading all Workshop Repairs activities, all stores and material handling and will coordinate all internal and external service activities for both Control Valves and Safety Valves.
You will lead a team of 5-6 technicians, oversee safety and EHS across the facility, drive quality improvement and prepare and participate in estimating service during proposal stages. You will be the focal point for all Authorised Service Centres across
the Gulf region (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain & Kuwait).
