I was just wondering... The word 'Reserve', is it highly used in UAE? In the form of.... I would like to reserve a table, book a flight, reserve/book a hotel room.
Im thinking of starting up a reserving/booking service in UAE.
Any thoughts, suggestions and comments would be greatly appreciated.

If I were you, I'd be a bit reserved about using all my reserves or you may find yourself living on a reserve

Rather than a reservation service which anyone can do themselves through the internet or on the phone, a better idea would be a "Concierge" service.
Things like bill payment, ticket bookings, dog walking, ...just some ideas off the top of my head
