Now that i am here, and got my villa arranged my thoughts turn to what TV package do i want. I was in one of the malls the other browsing when the showtime guy came to me, The conversation kinda went like this
"I know you, you want to see Coronation Street."
"No"
"You're English, then you must want Only Fools and Horses"
"No"
"Then you want American dramas"
"No"
"What do you want?"
"English Football and cricket"
"We don't provide that but can give you access to that, but you need to sign up to our Sports package first"
At which point i just walked away.
I want to know what the deal is, do i have to sign up with Showtime to get access or do i need Orbit or someone else?
Anyone got any suggestion? the only bit of home TV i want is premiership footballl and the England internationals. Can i get them or can someone suggest the best pub to meet in when Rooney is stomping his way towards Berlin.

i've got Orbit - waste of time apart from Animal Planet, Sky/bbc news. Movie channels very poor - but it does have Iran-TV3 which shows live Champions League and some limited premiership....
