Which Hotel??

kay1730 Ok, I need some help from you guys. Im coming back to dubai in may so im booking my hotel and stuff soon. Im actually trying to decide which hotel i should stay at, but i cant make up my mind. Which one would you recomend from the following: Al Murooj rotana on SZR Villa Rotana On SZR Coral deira in deira ( obviously :) ) Arabian Courtyard near the creek ( Bur Dubai) Rimal Rotana in Deira Im just confused. PLZ HELLLLLLLP. Thanks in advance. PS. If you`ve got a recomendation of your own, feel free to tell me. Thanks
asc_26 I don't get any professional fees from hotels, no recommendations from me. j/k. :D You'll get more help and recommendation if this has been posted in the right section. ^ian^
 asc_26
Why? :) ^ian^
You can't convince me you have learnt the error of your ways and now believe things should be posted in relevant sections... i,e political threads?
Anyway, to the OP go the Murooj, it's the pick. asc_26
i didn't convince you for anything. The poster needs help and it is not suitable for genchat forum unless he/she would make a request to post it here so everybody can read.
It's different when you post it intentionally or unintentionally.
In my case, I posted the topic in genchat cos it's suitable for genchat also & it was extracted from the daily paper.
Whatever will be your argument, i care less. There's no sense in going over and over the things that have done before. I rest my case. ^ian^
You rest your what????? It's not a court of law dear ASC.
The fact is, you have just told someone else of for doing something you did yourself. Hypocrisy. asc_26
 giggsy I stayed in the hotel in the City Centre. I found it pretty decent. Last time I was in I stayed at the Radison SAS out in Media City. Again, a nice hotel. I found it was a bit out of the way though. Next time I think I'll stay by the creek. kay1730
Lol, oh k. I didnt realise there is a expat help section, thanks for the heads up.

Yea your right, media city is a bit out the way. How was the hotel anyways.
Last time i stayed at rimal rotana in deira, dat was very gud but i dnt wana go to the same place again.
Thanks for the help. V-Man also, dont forget to try the furnished apartments in Bur Dubai - Golden sands and London crown, for example...sometimes they have good rates... giggsy The Radisson SAS was pretty nice. My room was comfortable. It was decorated nicely. When I was there last April it was still pretty new so they were working out some things like Internet access still. I didn't eat in either of the two restaurants but they did look nice. The only down side, which really was no fault of the hotel, was that some clown decided to pull the fire alarm at 3 in the morning on the first night in. I had been up for over 24 hours, got in at midnight and had about 3 hours sleep then the alarm. It was like having a nap, I couldn't get back to sleep after that. And I had a series of job interviews the next morning. That wasn't fun. The staff were friendly and courteous. I'd recommend it if you've got business out there. If not, stay closer to the centre. scot1870 Radisson SAS is a nice hotel, bar on top is pretty good too. Certainly the a cheaper option if you want to stay at the Jumierah/ Mall of Emirates end of town. kay1730 Thanks alot everyone for all the info and help. i think im gona stay at the al murooj, it seams like what im lukin for. Thanks for all the help. rossbaku Al Murooj, it's got DD :D Ross :D
