Its on "free to air" channel Jazeera Sports 1 (arabic commentary though). but i belive u need to subscribe to at least a basic package from any cable. normal TV anteena receiving channels wud not have em.

I occassionaly caught live (non-Bahrain) F1 races on Jazeera sports. I'm not an F1 fan so I don't know if they show races regularly.
