I don't know Dubai from the back of my hand apart from what I've read in guidebooks and they dont help much! A bit of a s*d as I'm moving there in 3 weeks, so....
Where are the convenient and comfortable areas to live if:
1) I am working in the Lagoons area
2) My stepson is going to school at the Emirates International School.
I would like an unfurnished 3-bed villa/apartment with a study and maids accommodation in a good area, preferably a clean, new development with some shops/restaurants etc etc.
Before someone rudely shouts, "Look in the forums, dumb ass!!!" (Do these coarse people talk to people to their face like that - or are they afraid of getting their lights punched out?), I have looked in the forums and not found an answer.
I am favouring the Greens, The Springs, Arabian Ranches and Mirdiff but I have read that the latter is OK if you can sleep on a flight path and like Boeings.
A quick guide to the residential areas in Dubai, their pros and cons would be much appreciated.
