Come on, you must have plenty of wild animals where you are. Don't say you've never been tempted, especially since you're a chef.
:D
Jeevan

A Cocunut Crab can and do attack humans, I'd consider that wild.

Once again another daft thread. Don't you know that mans selfish need to try something 'different' is killing off many species? Especially those animals used for Bush meat.
I disapear of some people on here sometimes.

Mmmmmmmmm, difficuly ?
Have tried a lot of "wild animals" by virtue of living both in South Africa and China (HK).
Not tried Kangaroo, but not high on the priority list. Not bothered about reptilian creatures either - crocs and snakes, plus one or two others have been tried.
i don't know. I guess i need to give it more thought.

venison (deer meat) is amazing... the tastiest, most succulent meat I have ever had.
There is nothing better than fresh roasted venison loin.... my family and I hunt deer in the states. For food only on camping trips, and we use bow and arrows... one full grown dear feeds 5 people for 6 days. It's amazing.

What, those cute little furry things?
Mmmmmmmmmmmm, ok, i can imagine it must be a bit like rabbit. Chop its head off, cut around the base of the legs, slice down the middle and pull. Hey presto, one skinned rabbit.
Stick it in a pot full of boiling vegetables and you have a sumptuous rabbit stew!

I had the chance to eat possum meat once - the possum was killed by striking it on the head but it wouldn't didn't die, it played dead (when it was going to get skinned, after we thought it was dead, it tried to run away!) So it had to be struck several times until the head cracked. I lost my appetite. Next time I come upon the chance to eat possum meat, I hope a knife is used from the start.

Ahh, so not an Australian Possum.
An Australian Possum wouldn't take the treatment so kindly.
