I've renewed my rental for my apartment by paying 1 chq. arnd 70k..
However, i have been just told by my company that I might have to handle a different region in feb and based in europe.. :(
now thts a problem.. i'm pretty sure tht i will not get the rental back frm the landlord.. what are other options? i have heard tht ppl do get into a seperate contracts and sublet.. Thus take their part back from the new tenant and give the additional to the landlord..
Has anyone done this?
any other ideas?
