I got many problems on this ISP Services{Etisalat}!
First of all,
I Got 1mb Connection
I cannot download Movies,Music,Application for P2P&Torrents Programs Like Bearshare,Bitcoment{I am using}
Look at my Download speed,Etisalat is blocking trackers i think

I play WOW too and I have the 1mb connection as well... I have the exact latency as you are... I think this is because of two reasons... #1 1MB is still less compare to all others in Europe... second, the servers are in Europe and US therefore the distance factor is an issue as well...
