Groceries 30% cheaper or less
Cheap studio apt in international city £35k, poss.
Good GNP so good investment

Good opportunities (business/employment)
Nice city good standard of living

Eating out cheaper
Petrol cheaper (how much a month?)
Electricity cheaper (how much a month?)
Free Heat!
all in all it looks like without acomadation to pay for you would get by on 3000 dhms a month but i think just about...
