Professional Scottish expat female looking for a reasonably priced 2 bedroom apartment (and with study if I can get that for my budget!) - long term lease (poss. 2yrs). No more than 115,000 dhs per year.
Preferrably in Greens or Al Barsha. I hear the prices are going down, so hopefully these areas will be within my budget!
Rent can be paid annually in one cheque. Lease will be signed by my employers (international oil and gas service provider), so secure tenant to deal with!
Looking for apartment available any time between now (end October) and end February.
Unfurnished, but preferrably with kitchen appliances provided.
