Im in the process of moving into a 3 bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina from the 3rd/4th December 2008.
Im looking for 2 people to move in with me. The apartment will be 2200sqft+ and fully furnished. i.e. sofas, plasma tv, dining table, built in wardrobes, beds etc etc.
The property has 2 en-suites and a family bathroom, also sep WC.
The rent will be split and it works out at 96,000 for myself and another person (rooms with en-suites) and 78,000 for the 3rd person.
This can be paid in 2 installments by the 2 people moving in, as I'll account for their other half. For this, I will require one months rent as deposit, which is 8000AED (en suite room) and 6500AED for the normal room. The 2nd installment (5months rent) will be paid on the 6th month.
I will have some of the best furniture with me in the apartment to share, surround sound system, 50" plasma and every amenity one would require.
The apartment is minutes from Marina walk, the beach, Spinneys and many other restuarants.
