Looking to rent by mid-Aug; an unfurnished 1 bdrm flat in Bur Dubai in the range of AED 4000-4500 max paid monthly, for at least 6 months-1 yr. Ideally, it will be located on/near a main road, and the building must be a prestigious one. Plz contact me if you can help.
