i ve been offered an employment from a uae company,,, and currently they are processing for my employment visa,,, but they need me urgently so they have sent a visit visa,,,
would that be ok,,, any idea or comments,,,

yeah its a common practice, but its not legal. The good thing about it from your perspective is that if you hate the company and/or the job you can leave without any ban or anything of that sort.

This can be processed 7 - 14 days depending on your Company, the likelihood is that your Company will want you to serve the probation period prior to applying for the work permit. You should understand that whilst this is done frequently here in Dubai, it is illegal to work on a Visit Visa.
