i just got my place, near spinneys. there is one more available room but the bathroom u have to share with another occupant. that's 28.000/pa

im currenlty looking for a double bed room or 1 bed flat in the Jumeriah area near spinneys or the Ballet centre.
are there any more rooms available in that place - ill be over in mid Jan.
