Hi,
I have a large fully furnished room with en-suite available for rent to a professional male in Umm Saqueim 2 on the beach road. Large shared kitchen, upstairs living room and wireless internet connection. The compound also has a shared swimming pool.
Monthly rent: AED5,000
(Payable 4 months in advance)
Rent includes laundry and cleaning by live in maid who has been with me for 9 years (she can also cook a mean curry on request!). There is a small monthly contribution to DEWA bill only required during summer months when the bill is over AED1500.
One dog and a couple of cats are also resident.
