Hi Folks
I was wandering if anyone could help me. I work as an Incident Manager for a telecoms company in the UK. I am also completing my ITIL this week. Can someone tell me where i can find similar positions in Dubai?
I am registered to many Dubai agencies but as yet not had much success.
Ideally i am looking for Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Delivery roles.

There are only 2 telecoms providers here: Etisalat and Du.
I suggest you check out their web site and browse the employment sections. Don't hold out much hope with the employment agencies here as your field is quite specialised.
