Why oh Why?
Is there so much waste of carbon fossil fuels in the U.A.E
They try and drive around in large petrol wasting autos and at night they illuminate all there buildings and pollute the night sky with street lighting they should use solar panels to support there electrical requirements and should revert to camel s for there transport which would be far safer and more echo friendly: D

Oh Yeah? Why dont u start with u first! Mr and mr sitting on 2 humps of a camel and riding down the Shiekh Zayed road. The camel is too eco freindly to dump the road with poop and on clean fuel that there will large traffic jam and bunch of swearers behind ur animal. Ur honeymoon plan will be disaster to others.

Mr and Mrs Inquirer, I agree with you. If see how people drive around here though, you'll see why many people drive SUV's. It could literally be a matter of life or death.
The recycling facilities are poor, the water and electricity usage is high, and there are few options for reducing chemical exposure from household goods and products.
I try to live in an evironmentally friendly way, but it is very difficult here.
