I have two units that I want to sell in Saba Tower II in Jumeira Beach. Apartments come furnished and are about 1020 Sq. Feet each. One is on the 11th floor and the other is on the 25th. floor. You must take over payments with payment schedule according to what is in contract. Upon completion of building and payment you can get a loan from the bank after Building is completed and flat is payed off. This is according to local laws unless builder decides to give a loan himself. Rental is about 100,000-110,000 Dhms. per year for each flat.
