You dont need to be a British (or any national for this matter). Its general / common knowledge that all the above are illegal. I have 4 driving licences. Even RTA here will tell you driving without handsfree is illegal.

Here its called "undue care and attention" and the basis of the prosecution was she did not have both her hands on the steering wheel and was therefore not deemed to be "in control of her car". But there is no excuse for not using an indicator when you are taught to do it during your driving lessons and have to do it to pass the driving test. This displays a basic lack of respect for other drivers. The other 2 points are subject to context and may have been OK at the time. mint

You know, its a common arguement in the UK as well. It is said and i fully support this. Our motorway speed limit of 70mph/100kph had been in existance since the first motorway was open in the early 60's.
