Well it's a great area, don't get me wrong. However much of JBR and the Marina are empty at the moment, so sad to say you have to be competitive.

Of course, and I work for the renters - i dont work for landlords, people need to remember that!!
I like to get viewings first and talk face to face regarding offers, of course an asking price is there, and clients should make an offer accordingly.
I have offer on this now for 100k which has been accepted.
It seems if you have a good property, and a serious client looking who puts in a realistic offer, it will go, there's still loads of people renting and renewing here which is good.
