Don't know what it is at the moment, but I'm knackered all the time. Early mornings don't help either. Any tips or ideas for an energy boost?
Herbal multivitamins are good. You could try the damn drugs my Dr. has had me on the last 3 months. You are still knackered as hell, but just can't sleep! Been lucky to get 2 or 3 hours a night and drove me mad! Of them now so not havx[mndnfvzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
