U guys better not start getting older and fatter on me...whinning on chat forums all day long....so get up..and get busy.
I work from 8:00am to 6:pm
i go home and eat...then go to gym at 8:30pm for around an hour...not more...so dont give me excuses.
Ill be posting my NEWER pics of my beautiful artificial body in...mmm...1 month shud do.

I fotrgot to mention ive been an athlete since the age of 5.
Been in the gym for 4 years now.
For me..that does the job...for someone relativly new..(thats a different story)
But i mean to stay healthy...u dont have to go extreme...one hour of daily exercise is a good recommendation for an average person....u dont want to be OVER doing it then getting bored after a while. (which happened to me)

well actually its a good thing,i waited long enough but joined a gym recently, after work it does help you to relax and take your mind off work, i do the same, work from 8 to 6 but directly go to the gym at 6 30 one and half hours intense cardio and weight training helps :).
anyone wants any recommendations on good gyms, just contact me:) :lol:

when u said..that u were using Myoplex..after going to the gym for 4 yrs..i knew u were a noob...but plz don't give pple wrong info by saying less reps=bulk and high reps=cuts...
this has got to be the oldest training myth out there... u can't pick certain exercises to get a muscle 'cut'..or make a muscle 'huge'...to get cuts..u need pure muscle size and low levels of body fat..so if u want to bulk u need to apply progressive overload..this means..in order to get bigger and stronger..u must continually lift more and make ur muscles work harder than they are used to..or if u wanna get ripped/cut be prepared to drop ur body fat levels (this means cardio)!

Have to say I am feeling the gym pain too at the moment.....just joined one and my first full week of training sessions trying to get back into shape!
Its all about the cardio....and my body is so sore! BUT it will all be worth it the end - all about the final result!
If anyone can give me any exercise tips to help the slimming process go quicker would be so helpful!! I have already tailored my eating habits..I hate the term diet...does not work for me!

These are the VERY BASIC knowledge in training..and yet u question me....man...i use a secret..its called Bit Torrent...just go download a tone of books and read before u go running around talking nonsense.
As for myoplex...well..there are avariety of stuff out there..and in MY OOPINION...they all work for me...prior consultation will be needed for others of course. Not everything works for everyone.
My supplement suggestion for u wud be to put a sock in ur mouth....one very dirty and sweaty one.....twice a day preferably...lol...
Hopefully ur lips muscles shud really grow in a month...and then ud be able to suk a cows ding dong with no trouble at all...

not sure...to gain mass (bulk)..try this.. get a solid diet down..high protein...moderate 2 low carbs..and moderate healthy fats..paired with a good workout routine..u should be gaining mass fast..
there is no such thing as low reps+heavy weights=bulk
bulking is all abt ur diet...

This is a good rule of thumb to follow...as after 1 hr ur testosterone will begin to drop..and cortisol levels will increase...this hormone change is the exact opposite of what u want..and training will become counter productive...
