Hi All,
I am thinking of moving to Dubai in the near future with my company.
I am married with one daughter and want to find out some information around the general cost of living.
What are average expenses for a family with one - I like to eat out and the occasional beer often passes my lips!.
The salary I have been offered is 458,980 - although that includes a housing allowance. Medical/school fee's are provided by the firm.
What will it cost me on average for:
rent - looking for a 3 bed villa - nice/reasonable area for kids
Food
Cars - x2 small run-arounds
Food
amenities
phones/internet
satellite - can you get SKY?
eating out - entertaining
anything else you can think of.
any help you can give would be much appreciated

amenities - [color=red]Power etc with garden Average Dhs. 2,000.00 PM[/color]
phones/internet - [color=red] + / - 200 PM Internet, Phone depends on usage [/color]
satellite - can you get SKY? - [color=red] No idea [/color]
eating out - entertaining [color=red] - Depends how many times you go out and where you go [/color]
anything else you can think of. [color=red] What about Air Tickets[/color]
