Hi!
I have to start looking for a place to live this week. We first thought about uum sequim, but having looked around we are considerimg other areas, as it looks like there are mostly villas (we would prefer a flat to start with).
Someone recommended The Greens and we went to have a look today and it looks nice, and it's convenient for my son's nursery in U Sequim and my husband work in Dubailand. But I have heard it is quite difficult for properties for rent to come into the market, is this true? Does anyone know of an agent who deals with this area? Any comments about living in The Greens? How are the flats inside?
And how are The Lakes? And the Marina, it looks nice but it seems to me that it's rather a contruction site, and I am concerned about noise levels.
