Just wondering what are the terms & conditions for the live-out helper here. Is it allowed for the full time helper to live outside our premises and work like 9-5?

Is the live out helper on your sponsorship?
Is the live out helper on Legal contract to you from one of the companies such as "Maids are us"?
Be aware if you are not within the above it is not legal to have a person working for you in your house so "Terms & Conditions" do not really apply.
