I love making my own sushi.
Are there good places to pick up rolling mats, ingredients such as nori, good short-grained rice and wasabi, and most importantly, fresh off the plane sashimi-quality Norwegian salmon?
Also, if you know anyone who supplies the sushi restaurants, I'd be really pleased.

Try Abela supermarkets, they have shelves just for Japanese products (nori, rice, noodles, roe, etc) and sushi-grade fish (usually salmon and tuna). The fish counter will even prepare a slab for you if you wish so.
