Hi there,
I'm possibly looking to relocate to Dubai shortly. I've been looking around forums and ad websites regarding rents.
The wide range of prices I see is a bit confusing. I would be moving on my own.
I've seen rents for studios for around 50-60k p.a. in Discovery gardens that looked pretty decent. And other studios for over 90k in higher scale buildings (?). I've also seen places that mention 120k p.a. for a one bedroom apartment. Is the gap between studios and 1 bdr apartments normally that wide?
BTW are Discovery Gardens, or the Greens good areas to live in? Although I am not looking for luxury, I do require a minimum level of comfort.
