Learning a new technology won't help you i believe .When you say mainframe you may be working aix.atleast you can Try some Unix based or learning database maintenance may help you.

I had posted a query before..but dint get any response till now :( ..
I have 3 yrs experience in a leading software company in India in Mainframe technology...bot within 6 months i need to re-locate to Dubai. I have heard like there is hardly any oppurtunity for mainframe in Dubai..so i will have to for learning some new technology...Could any of u guys help me out in finding which new technology i need to learn and that too which could be learned within 3-4 months...pls guys could you pls reply soon....
