Looking for a small (2 - 3 bed) villa with a garden. Ideally somewhere around Jaffliya, Hudaibah or the bit of Satwa that is not going to get bulldozed.
Preferably old Arabic type single storey and could be a 'do-er upper' if the rent is right.
Please note I am NOT looking for anything in Mirdiff or Al Warqa'a, but might consider the old part of Rashidiya.
Alternatively, a farm building down in Awir or Khawaneej might be considered.
