Depends on the job, money, what your interests are, how you like to live, etc etc.

some friends of mine moved from Singapore to Dubai, mainly for better opportunity as it was a bit saturated in Sing. but that was 1.5 year back before the crisis. things may be different now.

Forbes classifies Singapore as the 4th best location in the world to look for a job during the coming year. So, it is probably better than Dubai for now although that may change (but not soon).
