I would like to setup a LLC company in Dubai with least amount of startup cost. The sponsor should be a sleeping partner who will sell his 51% with the proxy agreement signed after the incorporation. Also, the complete management, Visa, labor, bank authority must be give to the owner.
We would also like to have a PRO service for the initial setup and liaison with the various govt. departments (fixed cost would be preferable.) Also, must help in incorporation documents and finding office space.
