Outstanding proposition for an ambitious, experienced project manager - not to be missed. With all the indications of a challenging and varied senior post, you will be responsible for running four project managers and multiple projects; acting as the primary point of contact for all clients. You must be able to initiate project start up, mobilise teams and monitor progress throughout the design process. There will be an emphasis on your relationship building skills; having the ability to secure and maintain excellent working relationships with some of the most prestigious developers and clients in the UAE. Additionally you will be assisting the project director in the development of proposals, fees and budgets, taking 'ownership' of successful proposals, whilst maintaining an eye for new business opportunities. Your wealth of experience will see you being able to demonstrate an excellent track record in project management, and local delivery capability.
