Responsible for the management of entire project design and production teams, and as the primary client and project personnel contact, this has all the indications of a superb and varied senior position. You will be a good motivator, able to initiate project start up, mobilise a team and moniter progress throughout the design process. Additionally you will be assisting the project director in the development of proposals, fees and budgets, taking 'ownership' of successful proposals, whilst maintaining an eye for new business opportunities. Your background will have seen you developing your experience managing a number of large and complex schemes, or multiple smaller projects ideally over at least ten years, with a demonstrable track record for scheme delivery.
Making a strong name for themselves in the Gulf region, this architectural office in Dubai has established partnerships with some of the largest worldwide developers and consultants.
