As principal designer you will be determining and implementing the design direction of projects from concept development through design development, directing the preparation and co-ordination of all design documents during the pre-design, schematic and design development stages. You will be attending client, contractor and construction meetings, leading all design presentations. From a design perspective you will be the primary contact with the client and need to be an able team leader within the practice. This role offers plenty of scope for the right candidate.
