Looks like a nice car and nice price. Shame about the colour though.
And what about part cost/availability and Servicing?

You're right... It's a very nice car and, with a very nice price :)
Unfortunately, my coutry don't allow to import used cars... so I need to sell it.
Regarding the Servicing, the dealer is Liberty, in Dubai and Sharjah. The car was serviced in the Dealer till 80k km...
The last services I've made in a very nice garage near my house, because Liberty ask me a lot of time (even for change brake pads :))
The parts are not so expensive. For example: I bought all the brake pads (front and rear) for 600 aed.
