ac/dc or sumit maybe metallica , or sumit more lighter like the stones? i dunno i think only old people like this music haha, erm i dont think im old much erm say like what bands u like or sumit, just wundering cause dont think many people like rock much. i think its all rap n that now.

Ashjgb, Did you go to the Iron Maiden concert last week in Media City? It was really good. The last time I saw Iron Maiden live was back in 1988, which was also good.
I have heard Motorhead are playing this years Desert Rock festival. Should be wortha listen.

Fantastic location - walking distance to the marina and easy to see the stage from anywhere!
Excellent organisation - no queues anywhere!

I think Metallica is a metal band, not a rock band, CMIIW. I'm a huge fan of rock music, i love My Chemical Romance, Paramore, Muse, Radiohead, etc. Actually, that's an alternative rock music, a genre of rock music. They make the music more various and i am loving it!

Oh I Love Metallica, learned how to play the drums by watching of Lars on their vid's. Other people I ( used ) to listen to Megadeth, Pantera, Prong, tool, Alice in chains, Stone temple pilots, Nirvanna, pearl jam, Van Halen, Firehouse, Iron maiden, Ac/Dc, Man-o-war, Poison, counting crows, bon jovi, def leppard and whole lot of glam and heavy rock aswell :)
P.S : Hate the stones and beatles....( flame jacket on ) 8)

8) I Love Rock!! But here in Dubai (at least i dont know any place) we dont have any nice place to go where play good music... just funk and hip hop... (totally not my style). I like alternative/indie rock, like Radiohead, Weezer, Muse, Nine Inch Nails, Pavement, Smashing Pumpkins, Bravery, and much more...
Concerts i went: Roger Waters, Radiohead, Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Rolling Stones, Yo La Tengo.
And maybe im gonna watch AC/DC (in Amsterdan) :P
