Hi guys
I am looking to relocate Back to dubai. I left 7 years ago and am now looking to return with teh wife andkid in tow.
Can anyone help me out with these questions.
1- How bad is teh trafic now?
2- do you still need to get a alcohol licence to by booze in dubai?
3 - Can you still by cheaper boze at the hole in the wall in sharja?
4- How far ahead do you need to book a kid into school for fist year (ie 5yo)?
5- how expensive are schools now? someone said Dh45,000 pa.
Thanks for your help. i am lookng forward to going back to Dubaio if it all works out. i bet i wont recognise the plae now?

lot for changes since 7 years , now you it is too dificult to find cheap accomodation , the city has grown uto Abudhabi border , ne fyovers ,tunels and highways .
alchol licene same procedure .
school become more expensive ,

1 - imagine ... dubai sharja 7 yrs ago = 15 mins. NOW dubai - sharja = 2 fucking hours at a rush hour,
2- alcohol liscense yes same shit..
3- Hole in the wall ??? hehehe i remember that !!!! hahahahaha unfortunately that hole is not there anymore ,... they do deliveries now !!!!
4- try a year before :)
5 DEAD EXPENSIVE!!!!!! 45,000 dh i guess thats for highschool ...
because way back 93 cambridge was around 13 - 14k pa thats 12 years ago gud luck man :)
