Hello mga kabayan!
As I am new here in Dubai, I just have some questions which I belive that many of you can answer. Please find them below:
1. If an employee doesn't stay with the company who issued him an Employment Visa, does he automatically get Banned by the Labor Office? Even if he pays for the repatriation expenses that the company incurred for him? Or is the ban an option of the company?
2. Is it true that even if an employee is banned here in Dubai, he can still be employed in any company in the Freezones like Jebel Ali...?
3. If an employee resigns from the company, would it be possible to convert his visa to Visit automatically without exiting from the country?
4. If the employee gets a ban from his employer, can he still enter the UAE using a visit visa?
I would greatly apprecaite if you can furnish me with information on the above. If not, please let me know the government agency who can give me pertinent information regarding my above queries.
