Our client is a leader in mobility management, relocations, records management and logistics services with offices throughout the world. They have an immediate requirement - a
Removals Consultant who will be based in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Perform all appointed surveys, working closely with the Customer service department
Provide exemplary customer service to all clients, at all times during surveys or when clients are in the office or on the phone
Surveying prospective clients goods and provide counselling for them of all possibilities / occurrences expected during a move from one country to another
To provide clear explanation of all packing methods and materials, crating as and when appropriate, any concerns the client may have regarding packing processes and unpacking processes
Keep in constant contact with the transferee to ensure their moves are dealt with in a professional and organized manner.
Assist the Customer Service Manager to maximize the revenue from these respective accounts and in generating new business leads.
Assist and provide training to all new Removals Consultants in their new roles and help them develop their selling skills.
Assist other Removals Consultants in providing training in Abu Dhabi whenever required.
Keep oneself updated on all developments within the company and the industry in order to provide all transferees with the most up to date information
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or previous experience in sales or customer service industries.
Excellent English communication skills.
Good planning & organizational skills.
Must be a college graduate.
Must have above average computer literacy.
