Why would the image be offensive? It does not show anything offensive to the vast majority of this forum. Why should we edit at his behest? This is the not the MB forum (although he seems to think it should be) if it was, you would not be allowed here unless you were a 'Brother'.

Hi Choco, hang on there and don’t jump into conclusions as it’s still too early to do so unless you know me more.
Talking of nudity being not really sexual, apparently you are female so you wouldn’t feel how men would . I was referring to the possibility that people may hypothetically get sexually tempted by all means.
And more importantly, that this forum represents a name that I respect and a country with its own values, literature , heritage , cultural and religious practices ( which obviously being underestimated by you guys ) and I really see a good future over the horizon for this forum, many people can benefit from it, I don’t want Etisalat to ban it for UAE users because I am sick of that as well. Do you know where I am coming from now ?
Art is art for real , but that photo really wasn’t an art come on, I know what art is , f you really wish I can send you lots of artistic hard works and pretty much appreciated photos and crafts . That photo was 90% photoshop work, I see no contemporary art but a naked woman body to add a value to it, if that woman wasn’t in a nudity situation, no one would bother.
You just don’t want to take chances by allowing it to remain there , if you open this door for people to upload photos as they fancy, Admis will spend their whole days deleting photos etc.
By the way, if you wish I could really give you some good links to site with artistic nude bodies of men and women, all you need to do is to ask .

Of course not everyone will see beyond the s.e.xual connotations, but I put that down to a lack of mentality to do so. I studied art and media and photography etc etc, so I don't necessarily see the s.e.xual side first. The first thing I thought, was what an amazing image, nicely compositioned, good pose, tasteful and oh yeah hot chick! kanelli I never saw the image, but have to agree with mesheditor. If a forum member or a few forum members think an image is too risque for Dubai Forums with lots of Muslim members, then then why not ask for the image to be removed. Many moons ago I had a squabble with some men (and one woman) when some of the female members didn't like a few of the members' avatars. Surprisingly, I didn't get much back-up from the more Islamic-minded people posting at the time. (Maybe they enjoyed the images too much :)) This is why I will back mesheditor up. Some images of nudity are definitely beautiful, but that doesn't mean this forum is the place for them. As for the question, I answered that I wouldn't open either door. Several years ago I exited a building and had a construction worker expose himself near the building he was working. Having had a few experiences before he pi$$ed me off that I went after him in my Pajero but lost him when he went down a narrow entry. The one that made me laugh happened in Ajman. 2 very 'nubile' young Russian ladies were sunbathing in bikinis on the public beach and such a large crowd of workmen and labourers gathered to stare at them, the police were called and turned up in several buses in full riot gear.
They moved all the ogling workers on...then set up shop and stared at the girls themselves!
